JCPenney: CFO stepping down.
(CercleFinance.com) - The chief financial officer of J.
C. Penney, Edward Record, is stepping down from his position to pursue other interests, the US retaler said on Tuesday.
Andrew Drexler, currently chief accounting officer and controller, will take on the position of interim chief financial officer, in addition to his current duties, the company said.
Edward Record will remain with the company in an advisory capacity until August to assist with the transition period, while a search for his replacement is conducted, JCPenney said.
