Oracle: buys data science platform for machine learning
(CercleFinance.com) - Oracle is buying a platform that centralizes data science tools and which already has Amgen, Rio Tinto, and Sonos as some of its biggest clients.
Oracle said that the acquisition of DataScience.com will help provide customers with a single data science platform that leverages its own cloud infrastructure with integrated SaaS and PaaS offerings for machine learning applications.
