Nike: Mark Parker to remain CEO beyond 2020
(CercleFinance.com) - Mark Parker will remain Nike's chairman, president and CEO beyond 2020, the world's largest sportswear maker said late on Thursday.
The Beaverton, Oregon-based company said that Elliott Hill, former president of Nike Geographies, will take on a new role as head of consumer and marketplace, in charge of marketing, geographies, Nike Direct and global sales.
While Michael Spillane will continue to lead design, product and merchandising, also reporting directly to Mark Parker, Trevor Edwards - who has been Nike's brand president - has decided to retire in August, Nike said.
