Netflix: confirms appointment of Spencer Neumann as CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Netflix on Wednesday confirmed the appointment of Spencer Neumann, the former CFO of video game maker Activision Blizzard, as chief financial officer, ending speculation that the executive would join the company.
Neumann - who prior to Activision held several senior positions at Walt Disney - succeeds David Wells, who has served as CFO since 2010.
Press reports indicated that Netflix planned to name Spencer Neumann as its CFO.
