Morgan Stanley: EU clears joint acquisition of Tele Columbus
(CercleFinance.com) - The European Commission has cleared, under EU Merger Regulations, the acquisition of joint control of Tele Columbus (Germany) by Morgan Stanley and United Internet (Germany).
Tele Columbus is an operator of broadband cable networks and a provider of fixed telephony, internet access and television services in Germany.
The Commission concluded that the proposed transaction would not raise any competition concerns.
