Mondelez: raises targets for 2019
(CercleFinance.com) - On Tuesday evening, Mondelez International raised its forecasts for 2019, now expecting a rise of between 5% and 7% in its adjusted EPS, excluding FX factors, with organic growth of at least 3.

The agri-food group (whose brands include Cadbury, Lu, Milka, etc.) unveiled adjusted EPS growth of 9.7% at constant exchange rates in Q3, at 64 cents, therefore exceeding the consensus by four cents.
However, its adjusted operating margin slipped 0.3% to 16.8%, with sales up 1.1% at 6.35 billion dollars. However, on organic terms, sales rose by 4.2%, with price and volume effects of 2.1 points each.
