Microsoft: GSK CEO to join board
(CercleFinance.com) - Microsoft has nominated Emma Wasley, the chief executive of British drugmaker GSK, to become a member on its board, the US sofware giant said on Thursday.
Microsoft also said that Charles Noski, the former vice chairman of AT&T and Bank of America, and Helmut Panke, the former CEO of BMW, have decided not to seek re-election to the board after almost 16 years of service.
Microsoft's board will now consist of 13 members, including founder Bill Gates and current CEO Satya Nadella.
