(CercleFinance.com) - Capgemini has announced signing a multi-year contract with McDonald's, making the IT services group its global strategic supplier of catering and digital technologies solutions, in collaboration with Publicis.
As part of this collaboration, the combination of the expertise of the fast food chain with that of Capgemini will accelerate digital technological innovation and transform customer experience in restaurants.
Capgemini plans to open a Global Digital Retail Center in Chicago to develop and introduce sector innovations, while benefiting from its dynamism in the North America region to attract new talent.
