(CercleFinance.com) - Eli Lilly announces that positive data on its anti-cancer drugs Verzenio and Jaypirca will be presented at the 2023 annual meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago, from 2 to 6 June.
New analyses from the two-year phase 3 monarchE trial of Verzenio in early stage breast cancer show similar efficacy across all age groups and in patients who underwent dose adjustments.
Likewise, updated data from the phase 1/2 BRUIN trial of Jaypirca in patients with relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) pre-treated with a covalent BTK inhibitor continue to demonstrate durable efficacy.
