Eli Lilly: collaborates with Amgen in Covid-19
(CercleFinance.com) - Eli Lilly and Amgen announce their Collaboration in antibody manufacturing to significantly increase the available supply capacity for Lilly's Potential therapies in Covid-19.
The Indianapolis-based laboratory is currently studying several potentially neutralizing antibodies for the prevention and/or treatment of this disease, either as a monotherapy or in combination with other drugs.
Through this collaboration, both companies will be able to rapidly ramp up production and serve more patients worldwide in the event of successful clinical trials for one or more therapies, in addition to regulatory approvals.
