Eli Lilly: Adocia claims 1.8 billion dollars in compensation
(CercleFinance.com) - Adocia has announced that in the second phase of the arbitration against Eli Lilly, it has raised its claims to approximately 1.
8 billion dollars (before taking into account pre- and post-judgment interest).
The French group adds that the US pharma giant has filed counter-claims for approximately 188 million dollars, including pre-judgment interest, the latter accusing it of having hidden discoveries and confidential information to which its claims relate.
The procedural timetable remains unchanged: a hearing is scheduled for December 2018 and the court's decision is due in 2019. The proceedings are confidential and Adocia will not communicate any more on this matter until when it deems appropriate.
