Kraft Heinz: completes acquisition of Primal Nutrition
(CercleFinance.com) - Kraft Heinz has completed the acquisition of Primal Nutrition, which manufactures products marketed under the Primal Kitchen brand, the group said on Friday.
"Primal Kitchen is an authentic, premium and growing brand...," said Paulo Basilio, U.S. Zone President for Kraft Heinz. “We are excited to partner with the Company's strong team to drive growth across multiple categories and reach more consumers looking for these amazing products."
Although Kraft Heinz did not communicate the final price of the transaction, about 200 million dollars was mentioned in November when the group announced its forthcoming acquisition of the manufacturer of condiments, sauces and salad dressings.
