Honeywell: spin-off dividend to be paid for Garrett shares
(CercleFinance.com) - A pro-rata dividend on Garrett Motion shares will be made effective on 1 October to Honeywell shareholders on record as of 18 September, the US conglomerate said on Wednesday.
As a reminder, each Honeywell shareholder will receive one Garrett Motion common share for every 10 shares they hold on the record date.
Garrett Motion, Honeywell's former transportation systems unit, is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange around Monday 17 September.
