Halliburton: quarterly EPS outpaces expectations
(CercleFinance.com) - Halliburton has reported Q4 2018 earnings from continuing operations of 664 million dollars, or 76 cents per share, representing EPS a 52% increase sequentially.
At 41 cents, adjusted EPS beat the consensus by four cents.
Again sequentially, the oil services group saw its operating profit shrink by 15% to 608 million dollars, on sales that are down 4% at 5.9 billion dollars, with international growth (+7%) failing to offset the fall in North America (-11%).
