Klépierre: first credit rating from Fitch
(CercleFinance.com) - Klépierre announces that Fitch has assigned it for the first time a short-term rating of "F1" (highest possible rating), a long-term issuer default rating of "BBB+" with a "stable" outlook and a rating of "A-" for its senior unsecured debt.
"With robust credit metrics, this first-time rating acknowledges the fact that Klépierre operates one of the most solid balance sheets in the real estate industry", the shopping centre real estate company said.
