ExxonMobil: to go ahead with Guyana offshore project
(CercleFinance.com) - ExxonMobil will proceed with an offshore project in Guyana after it received governmental and regulatory approvals, the US oil giant said on Monday.
The Liza Phase 2 development will produce up to 220,000 barrels of oil per day when production starts in mid-2022, Exxon said.
The project is expected to cost 6 billion dollars, it said.
