Exxonmobil: acquisition of a site in Singapore finalised.
(CercleFinance.com) - ExxonMobil Chemical Company has announced that its Singapore subsidiary has completed the acquisition of one of the world's largest aromatic sites on Jurong Island, Singapore, an acquisition that was announced last May.
Previously owned by Jurong Aromatics Corporation, it is located near ExxonMobil's largest integrated refining and petrochemicals complex. The operation will generate synergies in operations and logistics between both sites.
