Disney: acquisition of 21st Century Fox effective today

The 71-billion dollar deal includes 21st Century Fox's renowned film production businesses, including Twentieth Century Fox, Fox Searchlight Pictures, and Fox 2000 Pictures.
The acquisition will enable Disney to provide attractive high-quality content ahead of the launch of its highly-anticipated Disney+ streaming video-on-demand service launching, in late 2019.
