Delta Airlines: raises targets and dividend
(CercleFinance.com) - On the occasion of the publication of Delta Airlines' quarterly figures, the company says it is raising its annual target EPS to between 6.
75 and 7.25 dollars and increasing its quarterly dividend to 0.4025 dollars per share.
For its second quarter, the airline posts an adjusted EPS up 32% to 2.35 dollars, beating consensus by eleven cents, led by an 8.7% growth in adjusted revenue to reach 12.5 billion dollars.
The Atlanta-based group explains that these record revenues were in particular bolstered by a 1.3 point improvement in occupation coefficient to 88% across its system and 2.3 points to 89% on its domestic routes.
