Caterpillar: appoints former Cadbury exec as CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Caterpillar changed its head of finance on Friday, appointing Andrew Bonfield, the former CFO of British confectionary company Cadbury, after an extensive global search.
Bonfield will replace Brad Halverson, whose retirement became effective today, the heavy machinery maker said.
From 2002 to 2008, Andrew Bonfield was CFO of US biopharmaceutical group Bristol-Myers Squibb.
He was most recently serving as CFO and board member of British electricity and gas company National Grid.
