Boeing: MoU with ST Engineering
(CercleFinance.com) - Boeing announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ST Engineering, a Singapore-based engineering company that works in aerospace, electronics and defense, to define potential areas of collaboration in systems integration, training, local parts distribution, support and sustainable development work for the P-8A Poseidon.
In particular, the partners intend to jointly develop a P-8 service center in Singapore, providing engineers and technicians to support aircraft maintenance and engineering services.
The P-8A is a long-range, multi-mission aircraft offering unrivalled capabilities in anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, as well as humanitarian aid and disaster relief.
