Amazon: a General joins board of directors
(CercleFinance.com) - In a notification to the SEC, Amazon has announced the appointment of the (retired) General Keith Alexander, to its board of directors and audit committee.
He is co-CEO and Chairman of IronNet Cybersecurity.
Prior to founding this cyber security technology company in 2014, Alexander served as Commander of US Cyber Command from May 2010 to March 2014 and Director of the National Security Agency from August 2005 to March 2014.
