Amazon: expands Whole Foods delivery service to new cities

com said on Tuesday that it will begin delivering fresh produce, meat and seafood from its Whole Foods unit to customers in 10 new US cities.
The online retailer is expanding its speedy delivery service, Prime Now, for Whole Foods Market to Charlotte, Las Vegas, Memphis, Nashville, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, Phoenix, Raleigh, Tucson and finally Seattle, where the company was founded.
The program will also be expanded to additional neighborhoods in New York City, Los Angeles and Dallas/Ft. Worth, Amazon said.
In all, the Whole Foods Market delivery service - in as little as an hour - is now available in 38 cities, and the company plans to continue its expansion across the US throughout 2018, it said.
