Amazon: set to acquire Pillpack
(CercleFinance.com) - Amazon today announces that it has reached an agreement with PillPack, regarding the acquisition of the online pharmacy company.
"PillPack is a pharmacy designed to provide the best possible customer experience in the US for people who take multiple daily prescriptions. PillPack delivers medications in pre-sorted dose packaging, coordinates refills and renewals, and makes sure shipments are sent on time," Amazon says.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the second half of 2018.
