Activision Blizzard: Q1 EPS above estimates
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Activision Blizzard reported adjusted (non-GAAP) EPS of 78 cents for the first quarter of 2019, 15 cents higher than its target in February.
The video game publisher's adjusted operating margin, whose games include "Call of Duty" and "World of Warcraft" - reached 41%, with revenues down 7% at 1.83 billion dollars, of which 1.39 billion dollars came from digital channels.
For the calendar year 2019, Activision Blizzard targets adjusted EPS of 1.85 dollar and revenues of 6,025 million dollars, including respectively 35 cents and 1,315 million dollars for the current quarter.
