Activision Blizzard: Q3 results below consensus
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Activision Blizzard reported Q3 adjusted (non-GAAP) EPS that is down 11% at 42 cents, five cents above its own target for that period, although seven cents below the consensus.
The video game publisher's adjusted operating margin, whose games particularly include "Call of Duty" and "World of Warcraft" - reached 27%, for sales that are down 6.5% at 1.51 billion dollars, including 1.28 billion dollars from digital channels.
For FY 2018, Activision Blizzard expects adjusted EPS of 2.46 dollars, with revenues of 7,355 million dollars, including respectively 64 cents and 2,236 million dollars in the current quarter.
