AT&T: 'Joker' takes over 800 million dollars worldwide
(CercleFinance.com) - The film "Joker" has seen its takings exceed the 800 million dollar mark at the worldwide box office, making it the highest-grossing R-rated film of all time, the movie producer Warner Bros.

The Todd Phillips film, starring Joaquin Phoenix and Robert De Niro, earned has earned 804.4 million dollars since its opening earlier this month, the studio said.
Domestically the film has grossed 264.1 million dollars in just three weeks.
Internationally, the film has raked in an impressive total of 540.3 million dollars.
For the record, Warner studios have belonged to AT&T since the takeover of the media group Time Warner by the US telecoms giant.
