Telia: buys back 40 million Swedish kronor of shares
(CercleFinance.com) - Telia has repurchased 40 million Swedish kronor (about 4 million euros) of its stock over the past week as part of its share buyback program, the Nordic telecom group said on Monday.
Over the period from 31 December 2018 to 4 January 2019, the operator bought back a total 935,000 of its own shares, it said in a news release.
The buybacks form part of the 5 billion Swedish kronor (500 million euros) share buyback program that Telia plans to run until March 2019, it said.
