Ericsson: wins court case in New York
(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson announces that yesterday the New York District Court dismissed securities litigation brought by certain shareholders against Ericsson.
In its decision, the court rejected in its entirety the plaintiff's allegations that Ericsson misled investors and concluded that Ericsson did not breach any disclosure obligations to investors, it said.
The decision is subject to appeal by the plaintiff. Ericsson says it will continue to vigorously defend the case in this event.
Ericsson also announced this week that Nasdaq Stockholm has officially closed its review of Ericsson's public disclosure regarding the 2019 Iraq report.
