Signify: cancels shares, holds 1.7% of own capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch lighting group Signify said on Monday that it has completed the cancellation of 9.
7 million shares that were repurchased under its share buyback program, which was completed earlier this month.
After this cancellation, Signify's issued share capital consists of 128.3 million ordinary shares, including 2.2 million shares held in treasury, the company said.
It now holds 1.7% of its own capital.
