Signify: treasury stock now exceeds 3% of capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch ligthing group Signify said on Monday that it has repurchased 296,566 of its own shares at an 24.

After the 7.2 million euro transaction, Signify's now holds over 3% of its own shares, the company notified the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
To date it has repurchased 2.05 million shares under this program, for a total consideration of 49.2 million euros.
