ING Group: supervisory board member to step down.
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch financial services company ING has said that Ann Sherry, a member of the group's nomination and corporate governance committee, has decided to step down.
Ann Sherry, who was appointed to the board in April 2016, has decided to resign for personal reaons, ING said in a statement on Monday.
She will stay on as member of the supervisory board of ING in Australia, the group specified.
