Altice Europe: SFR FTTH becomes Xp Fibre
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice Europe announces that SFR FTTH is becoming Xp Fibre.
The new entity formed by SFR FTTH's acquisition of Covage becomes the leading independent infrastructure operator in France, renamed Xp Fibre.
In partnership with local authorities, Xp Fibre will be responsible for the deployment, operation and marketing of over 7 million fibre-optic connections.
The complementary nature of the areas covered by Covage and SFR FTTH will facilitate meeting the challenges of regional development for several million French people, Altice says.
