Altice Europe: finalises sale of 75% of TOP
(CercleFinance.com) - At the end of trading on Tuesday Altice Europe announced that it had finalised the sale of 75% of Towers of Portugal (TOP) to a consortium comprised of Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and Horizon Equity Partners.
TOP has 2,961 sites that were operated by MEO, a subsidiary of Altice Europe. The deal was announced at the end of June this year.
