Altice: finalises the acquisition of Teads.
(CercleFinance.com) - Altice, the Dutch telecom holding company, in which the French group SFR is the main French company, has announced the completion of the acquisition of the young company Teads, a marketplace specialising in online video advertising.
Founded in 2011 in France, Teads boasts more than 1.2 billion unique visitors, including 720 million via mobile terminals. In 2016, its sales soared 44% to 187.7 million euros.
Announced on 21 March, the transaction was completed with a maximum enterprise value of 285 million euros, which includes a conditional variable portion of 25% of this amount.
