FCA: shareholders to vote on merger with Peugeot in January
(CercleFinance.com) - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles said on Thursday that its shareholders will vote on 4 January on its proposed merger with France's Peugeot.
The French carmaker said its shareholders' meeting to approve the merger deal to create Stellantis will also be held on that date.
The companies said that the agenda and the draft resolutions that will be submitted to shareholder vote will be announced on 23 November.
Stellantis will become the world's fourth largest automobile manufacturer by volume once it is created.
