Euronext: sale of Centevo to Profile Software
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext announces that it has completed the sale of Centevo to Profile Software, a deal that has been implemented as part of a strategic review initiated following the integration of Oslo Børs VPS and the decision to divest non-core businesses.
Acquired in 2019 together with Oslo Børs VPS, Centevo provides its clients with a comprehensive and standardised range of services to support asset and fund management processes, from end-client onboarding to asset management services in Scandinavia.
Based on Euronext's 2020 annual results, the divestment of Centevo would result in approximately a 0.4- point increase in Euronext's EBITDA margin. For 2021, this will result in a reduction of additional costs.
