Euronext: stock up 1% - in talks for Bolsa Italiana

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has confirmed that it is currently in discussions with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) to submit an offer to the London Stock Exchange Group to acquire the business and key operational assets of Borsa Italiana.


The Euronext share price is currently up around 1% following this announcement.
