Euronext: increase of contributions to the takeover of Oslo
(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext announces an increase to 50.
6% in its commitments to contribute to its planned takeover bid for Oslo Børs VPS (including the 5.1% of shares already acquired), compared with the 49.6% announced last Monday.
As a reminder, the group is seeking to acquire the shares in this Norwegian stock market operator at a unit price of NOK145, or a total of NOK6.24 billion (E625 million).
By going over the 50% threshold, Euronext is fulfilling one of the conditions required for the completion of the operation.
