Wolters Kluwer: divestment of medical software unit complete

(CercleFinance.com) - Wolters Kluwer said it has completed the divestment of its clinical software business ProVation Medical to US-based private equity firm Clearlake Capital Group.


The Dutch publisher originally announced the transaction in January.
