Unilever: CFO to leave within a year
(CercleFinance.com) - Unilever has announced that Graeme Pitkethly, its CFO, has informed its Board of Directors of his intention to leave the group by the end of May 2024.
The board will now conduct an internal and external search for his successor.
As CFO, he has brought great leadership to our business and has been instrumental in refining our strategy and improving our operational performance, CEO Alan Jope praises.
Conny Braams, Chief Digital and Commercial Officer (CDCO) and member of the Executive Committee, has also decided to leave the Anglo-Dutch consumer goods group in August 2023. Her successor will be announced in due course.
