Aegon: proposed appointment to supervisory board
(CercleFinance.com) - Dutch insurer Aegon has announces that, at its 2021 general shareholder meeting, Jack McGarry will be proposed as a member of its Supervisory Board for a period of four years.
Prior to this meeting, he will participate in Board meetings as an observer.
Jack McGarry has extensive experience in the insurance industry in the United States, most recently as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Unum Group, a provider of occupational financial protection services that is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
