Airbus: Credit Suisse confirms rating
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse reiterates its outperform ratings on a selection of stocks for which the broker believes that recent consolidation opens up buy opportunities.
These include Airbus (target: 82 euros), BAE Systems (690p), Dassault Aviation (1300 euros) and Ultra (2550p).
Analysts expect a strong drive from Asia and low-cost carriers, saying that "Airbus is fundamentally better positioned than Boeing on that narrowbody segment, which drives the vast majority of its earnings".
"We believe that expectations on A320 deliveries have now reached their trough, with no more material adjustment expected. We believe Airbus' share price does not reflect the upside on a mid-term horizon," Crédit Suisse adds.
However, the broker maintains its underperform rating on Rolls-Royce (target of 245p per share) and Meggitt (240p).
