Airbus: closes partnership on the C Series program
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces the closing on 1 July 2018 of the C Series partnership with Bombardier and Investissement Québec.
Airbus now holds a 50.01% majority interest in the C Series Limited Partnership (SCACS), and Bombardier and Investissement Québec hold approximately 34% and 16% respectively.
The head office, the main final assembly line and related functions of SCACS are found in Mirabel, Quebec.
