Airbus: in talks for the sale of Vector.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening Airbus Group announced its entry into exclusive negotiations with StandardAero Aviation Holdings, for the sale of Vector Aerospace Holding SAS.
As a company operating in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft, Vector generated sales of 704.8 million dollars last year, employing 2,200 people at 22 sites in North America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Singapore.
The proposed transaction remains subject to consultation with the staff representative bodies, the signing of final agreements and the usual authorisations, such as the green light from regulatory authorities.
