SES: wins contract in Turkey.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday morning SES announced its signature of a new agreement with Natural TV, a Turkish television channel that broadcasts programmes on health, agriculture, music and culture.
According to terms used, Natural TV will extend its coverage to viewers in West Africa thanks to the satellite operator's broadcast services. It will build on the capabilities of the SES Astra 2G satellite as well as the upstream link services of the Betzdorf teleport in Luxembourg.
SES has built up a strong presence in West Africa - mainly Ghana and Nigeria - where the operator broadcasts to 2 million and 2.81 million households respectively.
