Telecom Italia: confirmed confidence in Fulvio Conti
(CercleFinance.com) - Meeting yesterday, Telecom Italia's board of directors reaffirmed its confidence in its chairman, Fulvio Conti, ahead of the company's AGM, scheduled for 29 March.
On this occasion Telecom Italia's governing body dismissed Vivendi's challenge to Mr. Conti under the struggle between the French group and the activist fund Elliott.
