Eni: signs MoU with Korea Gas
(CercleFinance.com) - Italian energy group Eni announced on Thursday that it has signed a memorandum of understanding to explore possible avenues of cooperation with South Korea's national natural gas company, Korea Gas.
Under the terms of the agreement, both groups will seek to identify opportunities for collaboration in areas such as liquefied natural gas (LNG) and infrastructure, as well as the circular economy and low-carbon energy projects.
Eni and Korea Gas point out that they have already been working together for about ten years on exploration and production projects in Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Mediterranean.
