Generali: Crédit Suisse raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Following the publication of Generali's nine-month results, which, in the end, were better than expected, Crédit Suisse has decided to raise its EPS estimate by 4% for 2020, followed by 1% to 3.
5% for 2021-2025.

The analyst expects growth in operating profit and a better outlook for profitability for its non-life insurance business.

As a result, Crédit Suisse is raising its target price for the share from 12.5 euros to 14 euros (current price about 14.2 euros, +1%), although reiterates its underperform rating on the stock, believing that others have more attractive risk/return ratios.
