Accenture: completes acquisition of Brazil's Pollux

(CercleFinance.com) - Accenture today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Pollux, a provider of industrial robotics and automation solutions that is based in Joinville, Brazil.


This is Accenture's first acquisition of an industrial robotics solutions provider.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
